Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date your item is delivered. Returns requested after this period may not qualify for a full refund. However, if arranged in advance, a short extension may be granted. Exchanges may still be considered at the seller’s discretion.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return postage.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at team@elitecheeressentials.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable, including custom items (such as special orders or personalized products like custom backpacks) and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Deluxe Cheer Ponies that have been teased or had heat applied cannot be returned either.

If you buy an item during a promotion that includes a free gift with a minimum purchase and decide to return the item for a refund, the gift must also be returned. However, if you opt for an exchange, you can keep the gift.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the one you have, and once the return is processed, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
