Shipping Process

In-stock items for expedited or ground orders will be shipped within 72 business hours of your order being placed (unless the order is made over the weekend, in which case please allow an additional 48 hours). This does not include any ponies as customisation can take up to 2 weeks. Your selected shipping method and transit time will begin once the order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders typically arrive within 14 days, though this can vary depending on Australia Post.

Please note:

• Some orders may take longer to process.
• Items ordered together may not always ship on the same day.
• Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock.
• Custom orders may take up to 14 days to process -  This includes Deluxe Cheer Ponies and Backpacks

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping follows the same 72 business hour processing timeline. Expedited shipping guarantees the delivery time only once the item has been dispatched.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We now offer shipping to New Zealand, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
